1991 dodge 5.9 cummins clicks but no start..

Default 1991 dodge 5.9 cummins clicks but no start..

I have a 1991 dodge w250 it clicks but won't start. sometimes it will start but most of the time it won't.. I have replace the starter I have replaced the cables and even tried the ignition switch if anyone has any other ideas it would be appreciated thanks.

Try your tumbler ( part in the steering column that starts vehicle) maybe alternator even as far as the voltage regulator

The battery is fresh? is the alternator giving it a full charge? both can be tested for free at the auto parts-Damnit that sounded funky Ima go to bed just installed a pt cruiser engine its going on midnight here-*clicking is usually a bad connection or a low power battery-
