I just bought an 83 dodge ram d250 2wd and want to get some extra height for tires etc. The truck sits low so I need it lifted a little. I've researched and found that the moog 7226 coil springs will lift the front end for all the d250s, but it looks like that coil won't work on the year 83. Does anyone know what I can use to lift the front end? I was hoping for 3" of lift if even possible.
