Default Need new headlights

I’m looking for a set of new(preferably LED) headlights for my ‘92 W150. I’ve seen a few places online selling them but some I’ve seen are 5x6 and others are 5x7, can anyone confirm a size offhand? I’m having trouble finding answers anywhere else online and I know y’all are knowledgeable on these trucks. Also are there any suggestions for a specific set of headlights? I’ve seen a lot of choices but I’m afraid to drop $80 or $100 on some and then not even like the looks/actual lighting improvement that I end up with. And if I do go with the LEDs would I need to install a relay so I don’t burn up the switch? I’m not especially good with electrical work so I’m not sure when it would be necessary to do something like that but I’ve seen that mentioned on other forums as well. Sorry for the novel and thanks in advance for any help y’all can give.

I had an '84 and swapped in some Sylvania Silverstars and they did a pretty good job. You have the large rectangular bulbs that were used from about 1980 or so until the Aero look Rams came out in '94.

I recently installed Hella 003427291 on my 88. You can swap in brighter bulbs if you like, I find what came with good enough. They are $78 cdn on amazon a light
