Im new to 1st gen. dodges. I bought a '75 W300 for the dump bed on it but now i want to put the truck on the road. The original manual trans was replaced with a 727 and the transfer case got lost long before i owned the truck. What belongs in the empty spaces to make it a manual with 4wd again???? Now a question for NEXT years project----What would it take to drop a 12 valve cummins in the ole girl???

 

I'd do it all at the same time to keep from duplicate expenses. Your best bet is to find a donor truck with a mangled body, steal the drivetrain from that, and include the fuel system.
