Also try hotter plugs gapped a little extra, unless they're platinum. You'll still burn oil, but it will burn it off better. You're probably going to need a rebuild on that puppy

most likely the oil ring on 1 or more cyl's is shot. its allowin oil to seap inot the combustion chamber and burn.

for a very temp fix run a can of RESTORE or other oil additive. it thickens the oil. 20/50 woks to like your using. be ready to push it from an intersection soon. the compression rings go next.
