Default Need help, Problem with rims

To make a long story short, my tire came off when I was driving my truck because of loose lug nuts. The rim didnt get bent or anything,I put it back on but thetruck but the lug nutskept getting loose and would start to spin off only whenI would drive it. Then I noticed there were inserts on the wheel where you tighten the lug nut on the stud. Where can I get these inserts, I really dont want to buy new rims. I hope I explained it correctly, help would be much apreciated.

did you ever happen to retorque the lugnuts after 30 miles or so?

Every time you tighten lugnuts, you have to drive the vehicle to get the rims centered and everything, then retorque them 30-50 miles later..

No it wasnt the torque, but I fixed the problem with bigger lug nuts, There are inserts inside the bolt hole to keep the lug nuts tight inside the rim. Thanks for the help
