Default only the beginning

I have a 1993 ram 2wd regular cab 150 with a 318. I just spent a weekend replacing allthe brakes, diff fluid, trans fluid, oil, bearings, and rebuilt the power strearing to stop leaks. This was just to get it roling again because my plan is to fully restore this truck. My dad drove it off the show room floor back in 1993 ( quit literally) and it was given to me to drive at 17. Now myself, brother, and dad are going to restore the outside and interior to stock. But under the hood is going to be a totally different story. We would like to have about 500h.p. Any suggestions of a good way to go? Also, anyone know how to get a disc brake conversion kit for a 1993 ram. Thanks....

I believe that there are Dana 60 Disk brake conversion kits for the rear axle.

For 500hp, I think you would be in 440 territory with nitrous or forced induction.

NO nitrous for me.... but I am looking at adding a side mount super charger. I don't want to make any hood alterations if possible. has anyone done this before? Anyone no of a good place to get a bigger sway bar for the front and a sway bar for the rear (it doesn't have one in the rear currently).
