Default Replacing rear main seal, anything else whiel I'm at it?

Hey folks, I'm fairly new to the scene. I had an '86 Ramcharger but I gave it away[:'(] because I couldn't afford to replace the carb at the time and it was just rotting in my yard. Well, anyways, I'm picking up an '86 d150 tomorrow and she runs real nice and smooth... only problem I'm worried about is a very, very slight blue smoke/haze from the exhaust while idling. Smells like oil, most definately isn't coolant.

Anyways, the rear main seal leaks pretty bad (at least I think it's the RMS, I really didn't check valve covers or anything that well...) I'm going to replace that, along with the customary oil pump & pan gasket. Is there anything else I should do while I'm under there? Any suggestions on what "needs" to be done in general when one buys an old 318 like this, aside from the typical plugs/wires/dist cap/fluids/filters?

Thanks a ton in advance, this site rocks!

At one time my 87 stsrted leaking oil running down the rightrear of the engine. Turned out to be the oil pressure sending unit.

Yeah, this turned out to be the intake manifold gasket. Well, actually, that and the valve covers. But the big leak is from the gasket.
