Default is the extra cab frame longer?

I found a late 70's d100 power wagon that is an extra cab. I was wondering if I can put that cab on my single cab dodge ram truck? The reason why I ask is, the truck has no motor and tranny. Maybe I can use the cab. Im pretty shure the frame is longer on the club cab. Any help would be apreciated thnx!

I know on some trucks you could only get a 6 fot bed with ext. cab. So i say if you use the six foot bed instead of an 8 foot one it should work. But the frams are probably different in years. The ext cab would take up another 2 foot approxiametly so i would say that might work.

You could get the longbed with the Club cab as well. Unfortunately, the wheelbase is 133 on the Clubcab shortbed and 131 on the reg cab longbed. Long/club was 149" wb.The reg cab longbed is 213.6" overall while the club cab shortbed is 211.6. Overhang is two inches shorter on the shortbed because the wheelbase is only 16"shorter (115")than the longbed.

Would appear not to work
