power limited
I already replaced the thermostat and coolant sensor and those didn't help. The truck didn't come with A/C, so I will have to dig a little deaper to find out why this code is jumping up. I did find that my fuel pump was causing the issue. Thanks guys for your help.

You don't have to dig any further into the A/C as this code will continue to come up as long as you have NO factory installed A/C. The computers are all programmed the same to look for A/C....there are no seperate part numbers for vehicles without A/C...so you have NO problem in this area. Also only use the codes at kinze as a reference...they DO NOT always lead you to the problem as most of their stuff is for cars. The codes can represent different conditions in cars vs trucks. You would be best off to get a yearly subscription at www.alldatadiy.com for $25 as they list the proper codes, have wiring diagrams and loads of diagnostics and service procedures. Regards-Stevo

thanks for your help, and yes it was the fuel pump causing the whole problem. I'm not worried about the A/C code, especially since the previous owner tried to install A/C and I can finish it up pretty easily. thanks again.
