call a local locksmith. itll cost ya more for mobile service unfortunately. if ya can get the vehicle to a shop, they can hand cut a key for about $25 or so + the cost of the key.
I use ACME LOCKS here in Mesa, AZ. not sure what your 10-20 is though.
no key cods for a while. unless a lock shop has some old books that may cover your year.
if its the door key, enter through a window a change the the locks or have oe cut. ignition, enter through a winda and install a new one.
