Default Sitting sideways

My front driver's side of my truck is sitting a little lower then the passenger side. I looked at the springs and the driver's side has 3 of those spring spreaders in it. This is obviously the problem. Should I just replace this spring or both? If i just put that one in wouldn't it sit higher on that side? Or is this a shock problem and has nothing to do with springs? Help needed.

If your driverside is satting lower than the pass. side dispite it having three spring spacers in it than I think you have a problem. you will definatly need to replace both of the springs. Has the truck ever been in a front end collision? First thing I would do is replace the springs if that doesn't help the problem then I would check into having the frame inspected.

I agree with 84 RAM and whenever it comes to springs, I treat them like brakes, if I change one side, the other side probally needs changing too.

No collison in front end, had a professional who is a friend check it for me. He said it had no signs of a crash. Plus the body doesn't look like there was ever a repaint or had a panel removed or replaced.

If there is no sign of a collision and the lower control arm looks good than I would pull the old springs out, compare them to try and diagnose the problem. then I would buy a set of new springs and see if that makes a difference.
