83' D-150 sits to low

Default 83' D-150 sits to low

my 1983 D-150 sits a little to low, I'd like to lift it a few inches ( dont know how many for sure ) any recommendations for lift kits or any adivce would be useful

I'm guessing the D150 has a coil spring front suspension. If so, they make spacers that go under the coil spring. If I remember right a 1/4" spacer is supposed to lift the vehicle 1" but it has been several years...might not remember that right. Here is what they look like:

For your Dodge you might need to measure the diameter of your coil springs and check around. Use lift blocks for the rear.

Looks as if you have a broken spring or weak ones. Look at thise if you haven't already.

allright i looked up some lift blocks, how would you install those? Do they go under the leaf springs or what?
