The truck runs roughish when i first start it up. After it warms up its quiet and purrrs

Im going to replace plugs, wires, cap and rotor. and check the timing. Anything else I should I check??

 

replace the fuel filter, check the fuel pump for proper pressure. also look at all the rubber fuel lines. if they are old as the truck, they may seap fuel/ preassure but not be cracked. whta happens, it the rubber expands like a balloon and reduces your available pressure.
