Wow, this thread certainly has died down. I got my rear axle flip done last weekend. I hope to get the front spindles on tomorrow.

 

Im still waiting for 440 to post some pics of his kit. I'd like to see what I am getting before I give my credit card number.

 

I got my control arms and springs installed that I got from Eric and I have to say that everything went fairly well. It drives really well other than needing a alignment. I replaced every consumable part in the front suspension. I don't have any pictures of the installation as some of you may remember I was in the middle of moving when I got the kit, and on top of that my wife left me and she kept the digital camera so sorry no pictures.

 

Damn man, I feel bad that my only excuse is that I'm poor.

I have to say getting your rear axle flip kit made the whole job easy. And I am going to get front drop springs, and I did my research. Your springs are incredibly inexpensive. Very very nice. Now I just need to raise the funds to do it.

 

So, I am thinking about a 255/60-15 on a 8 inch wide rim on the front and back of the truck. Anybody know how this will look?

If you find your handling is lacking some after your lowering jobs are done, I have for sale a set of new KYB Gas Adjust shocks that KYB engineering spec'd out for me to to take a 2" drop/front and a 4" drop/rear on an 84 D100 2WD. I also have a new Mopar Performance rear sway bar for the '73-93 trucks and a refurbed OEM front sway bar for sale as well. New bushings and mouting hardware comes with the bars.
