Default 1990 Ram D150 318 problems

Sup i'v got a 90 ram, i'm having tranny problems, i'm not goin to go into detail about the problems i have im just gonna say it goes ape **** when u put it into Reverse and wont go into 4th gear at all. My question is i'v got a 79 grand fury with the 383 with a 3spd tranny, that i'm restoring and rebuilding the drive train, would the tranny from the 383 bolt onto the 318, i know the 318,360,383 engines are pretty much the same as far as header's and the topend of the engine, so i was curious if the bellhousing would be the same also. id rather just spend the weekend dropin the old one an boltin on the fury tran's and be done with it all togeather, i'm not worried about all the wiring, that i can handle i just wanna know if any one thinks they'll bolt on right

The 383 is an entirely different engine. The 318 & 360 are small blocks known as LA engines. The 383 is a big block known as the B engine. Also the tranny won't interchange .
