Lost the low beams tonight on my 89 ram. High beams work fine as does all the other lights. Checked both bulbs and they are fine. Where should I look next. So dam cold up here want to try to hit the obvious first.
I cannot see any fuse in the headlight circuit. IS there??
I have another high/low switch for the column but would the headlight switch be a more likely target area. Any plugs under the hood I should look at. It is a 4X4 and they talk about a plow block in the manual for adding lights but I don't know where that is.Is the headlight switch out of a 86 the same??

Most likely the dimmer switch.

 

Thanks for the feedback. I am half frozen but fixed it. The headlight switch was baked.I hope it is not due to the HID headlight I installed this summer. Time will tell.
