i am in dire need of some help. i have a 1984 dodge 1/2 ton full size pick up 318 v8 4x4. i recently snapped my universal ok fixing that was no problem. my issue cam when i went to reattach my universal to my rear yoke. when i snapped my universal it also sheared off the one bolt housing. i have called every junk yard in pennsylvania tryin got locate a new rear yoke and no such luck. is there anyone out there that might have one or know where i can find one. the dealer says there computer does no go that far back with my vin number so they cant properly match the yoke i need. i have no problem paying for it, if i can find one.I also have some issues with my carborator if i turn to quick or slow down and speed up it will stall out even with a full tank of gas. thank you all for your time in reading this i ope someone out there can help.

Check with a place that rebuilds driveshafts. There are usually heavy truck places (Inland Truck is the local KS one) that will put new ujoints in and balance your drivershaft afterwards. Those places can usually get a full set of yokes too.

Another place to check is eBay. I found a guy selling yokes there one time and bought the one for my 9" Ford rear axle. A new yoke can often be $75-100 but if you have to have it there isn't much choice.

Agreed, any drivetrain shop should be able to fix you up. In Erie I could give agood guy.
For the carb, try adjusting the float level.
