Try trickling a couple tablespoons worth of gas down the throttle body and then try to start it. If it fires then you aren't getting gas. Assuming it tries to fire:
I'm not sure how Dodge did things on the newer vehicles but generally there is a fuel pump relay that kicks on briefly when you turn the key on. It allows the fuel system to pressurize and then shuts off. If it goes bad you usually have to crank the engine for 30-45 seconds but it will still start.
Once the engine starts to crank it builds oil pressure. The oil pressure switch is often what sends power to the fuel pump. Basically a safety thing so if you lose oil pressure or the engine dies then your fuel pump shuts off. So a bad oil pressure switch could possibly be your problem. You could test it with an ohm meter while cranking and see how it reads. If the oil pressure switch is completing the circuit like it should then it is probably your fuel pump.
