im not sure if i posted this in the right spot but, can some one tell me where the speakers are located in a reg cab. i think theres ones in the doors and i believe behind the seat in the corners, but i dont see a place the corner ones would sit. if someone is willing, can you post pics of the back speakers for me.

Thanks

pull back your seat, andlook sorta between the back wall of the cab anddoorframe - which would be the side of the truck cab. there's a rectangular speaker no higher than the window. you cant really miss it.....if i recall you can even see the wires.

I thought there wasd just two speakers in the doors because there are only wires hanging from passenger side on my 92 reg cab behind the seats. I found the square speaker behind thee when i bought it but it wasn't hook to anything. Are the ones behind th seat have a plastic that screws on to the front like a grille. The grille itself on the one i found is about 8 inches long and 3 inches wide, i haven't measured the speaker. Could this be one of them? Also can someone hlp me get my radio back in none of the wires corespond to my radio wiring. It is a 1992 dodge ram 150 an i am trying to hook my cheap durabrand cd playerback up. See some one tried to steal it but didn't get very far and dropped it. But the wires that are coming from the dash are a 100 different colors(striped and single colored) and the ones out the back of the radio are not the same. The connector at Wal-mart and some other places has two plugs and some loose wires i only have a plug in to the radio and some loose wire coming from dash. Does anyone have a diagram or a schematic i could see? I really need to get it back in but the guys at the local audio place are way to friggen exspensive.

ok thanks guys ill have to look later today. i got a question about the radio too, when i got my truck a couple weeks ago the sterio was taken out of it and i looked for the wires in the dash and i could only find a couple loose ones and one black conector that goes in the back of the stock radio. what im tryin to ask is there only one plug or is there two a black one and a gray one? i know my old truck had two, it was a 01 ram 1500. if i go to a junkyard could i pull those plugs from a second gen and use them in my first gen? once again thanks for all the help right now im kinda a noob with my first gen.

Thanks

When it comes to radio wiring, I'm as lost as you are. Talk to the guys at Enormis Performance, on Buffalo Rdwest ofthe Harborcreek Wal Mart. They're good and reasonable.
