Do ALL aftermarket steering wheels need adapters?

I want to get one of these, basically because the stock wheel looks like it's out of a k-car, and I don't know if I'll need an adapter for it, and if so are all adapters created equal. I was looking at grant steering wheel adapters but the description said they were designed to work with grant wheels. I think this new wheel would look sick in the truck, so I really want one.

From what I have seen so far, to use a grant wheel you need a Grant adapter, I think a 3314. I have seen a lot of interesting things. Most recently I saw a 1987 charger steering wheel in a dodge D150 pickup. Very odd, but actually looked pretty good. So, yes, I think you'll need an adapter for whatever wheel you choose.
