$10 oil pan gasket
$5 oil filter
$15 oil
$20 cheap-o spark plugs

If you have a socket set you can easily do the work yourself. Dunno how much to have a shop do it.

it can be a bit tricky to replace oil pan gasket depending on year. ifits fuel injected and single exuast, for example, you may have to diconnect the O2 sensor, andmove the exhaust pipes out of the way (which means unhooking them too). you may have to ppull the engine/tranmission support struts as well.there could be other stuff too ive never done it just checked my own.just look under the car, the panis 12 bolts and youll be able to see if anything is obstructing it which will have to come off. but like mike001 says, all of this comes off with a basic socket set. nice big bolts.

For a 318 i would use the Bosch Platinums. You'll prolly hear how they are junk but they do make a 318 run very nicely it's what i run in my dodges and they seem to work better than any other spark plugs.
