I have a 1987 Dodge ram 50, Currently it does not run. I am looking for a new motor for the truck. I would like to put in a powerful motor in it instead of the little motor that comes with it. Anyone have any info on whats good, where to find it, Hell anything about about a better motor for a 1987 dodge ram 50 please let me know. Thanks

When I was little my dad bought a D-50 that had a 340 V8 in it. I think that would be a liitle more powerful than the 4 popper.
