Default 2WD Front Lift

I am trying to fit a 33X12.5 tire on my 85 2WD Ram. We have 4' blocks in the rear, but have no idea how to lift the front....anyone have suggestions on how to lift the front end? Preferbly without using a body lift....thanks to all who post.

You can put lift springs up front.
