1990 RamVan B250 Won't start
Doc, first, for the record... volatge ain't enough, you need AMPS (current draw). With a low load, ie a multi meter, all can look good. Only when you try to draw some AMPS, will things go flaky. Just FYI for future reference. As for your problem, if you can't turn it by hand with a breaker bar, it sure sounds like the engine is locked up, I agree with all other posts (pull plugs abd turn over, put in gear to try and break free, inspect fluids (don't forget to look at the collant also for oil), and that the $$ will be high if water locked it up (possibly causing major dammage from either pressure or rust). Let us know what you find.
