Just curious, but why do you want to convert? The vast majority of your braking is done by the front end and drums have better holding power as e-brakes.

I'd like to do that also. I tow all the time and rear disc would enable much better stopping ....

I don't think that rear brakes would be as beneficial as you think - properly operating trailer brakes are where the money is at. :)
