360 Carb Swap

I have a '73 W200 Power Wagon with a 360 and a 4 speed tranny. I currently has a Holley 2210 2BBL carb that I just can't get right. I would like to switch out with a Holly 2300 2 BBL 500cfm. Is this a good choice? Are there any modifications that need to be done?
