rear anti lock breaks

Both the anti lock and the brake light is on the message center. Is that the rawl sensor gone out? or?? I remember reading an article online about if the wire harness gets moisture in the connectors the lights will come on. But, being the truck is old I'd thought its the rawl sensor.
