I got a '84 w150 with the slant 6, and i bought a 2005 SRT10 that has been totalled. The motor is still good and only has bout 26,000 miles on it.I have changed the frontend suspension and i'm ready to drop the motor in. Will a 727 rearend mount up too the V10?

 

hmmm....it might help to know that the SRT-10 was hooked up to the 47RH (or RE) and later the 48 RE. The 47RH (or A618) is actually a beefy 518, which is in turn an 727 with overdrive. Yea i knew that but i bought a new 727 before i got the V10 and i wanted to use it, but i think i've found a 48RE that i could hook up to it, i will just have to get a rebuild kit
