Default D150 Rear End Help

I drive a 83 D150 p/u Prospector. And I am kinda of tired of my truck being what my brother calls a "one wheel wonder". Does anyone know of another dodge rear end that would fit on mine that would give me a Limited Slip?

Dodge's LS rear was called a Sure-Grip. I had one in a Fury. Most older mid/full size Chryslers use a leaf rear, that will fit the truck, you'll just have to search around to find one with Sure-Grip.
Of course theres the aftermarket, Lock-Rite, Airlocker, and others.

A lot of the 70's d-150 trucks came with the sure grip 8 3/4. Being a '83 your truck probably has a 8 1/4. Find a decent 8 3/4 at a junk yard from a car truck or van and you'll be all set.

Also you could get a locker but one will run you around 400 bucks for the 8 1/4. Depending on the amount you drive this truck and what it is used for you could weld the rear end solid but I do not reccomend it.
