Default proportion valve

I figured out why the brake light continues to light on my 89 power ram. Is there suppose to be a wire that connects to that brake valve?? I dont see any wires connecting to it in order for that light to detect a brake problem. Where can I buy a new valve and a wire harness???
I want to replace it since Im replacing all the brake lines on the truck.

The proportioning valve is a dealer only item and very rarely go bad. The problem with them is most often the brake system does not get properly bled.

I'm puzzled as to why you can't find the single wire that attaches to it?

We need to find that wire, it runs down from the bulkhead firewall connector.

The wire for this should be coming off cavity #34. This pic is for 88 but the same cavity/wire color is used for 88-90.
