1974 dodge to 1978 clone

I'm looking in to making my 1974 club cab look like a twin to my 1978 dodge. I'm almost certain the grills will interchange, mostly i'm concerned about the dash gauges and glove box doors. as far as i know thats the only differences between the 2 years, if anyone can think of any more please let me know.
