Angry Dodge w250

Happy New Year
Well I have a 1992 w250 I bought for plowing. Had some problems with the the truck. Replaced wires, cap, rotor, coil to fix a engine with no power under load. Vacuum was leaking through the 4x4 actuator. I replaced it at a cost of $300.00(can't believe the cost). The truck still has no power under load. Put a vacuum gauge on and shows no vacuum using a power brake method. On level ground the engine seems o.k. but coming up hill the vac will drop to nearly 0 which causes the 4x4 to kick off. Plugged vac to the 4x4 system and still no power. The new dist. cap has a 1 on the top. I hope this signals #1 cylinder cause I messed up the wires while taking them off the old cap. Could the cat converter cause this because someone has a similar problem and the thought is the cat is plugged? recently the check engine light came on while testing out the truck while the vac was at 0. Any help would be appreciated.

On my 99 the cat plugged up I couldn't go over 30 mph, don't know if your lack of power under load is related to the cat or not. The one on my 89 rattles alot, plan on guttin it this weekend for the hell of it. If you have 0 vac I assume then you have a leak some where which will definitely affect power, usually wont idle good either with low vac. Jus noticed this post is 2 years old, did you ever get it figured out?

Yes, the truck had one plugged fuel injector and one half plugged injector. Also had a vaccum leak at the connector that connects to the transfer case. I had put all new hoses on but it was a bad connector. The truck now works great.
