looks like it was kept in good shape, but its always so hard to say. So I checked the trucks nearby me for comparison. Saw one for twice the price, but it has half the mileage.

250000 miles is a lot. even if its a diesel. i think anyhow.

still. its a rare, nice looking rig.

The ad had been deleted by the author, but 250K is nothing for a Cummins diesel. Powerstroke and Duramax, beware. I have a 92 with 295K; sold one last fall with 275K; one before that had 325K showing, with 3-4 years with a broken speedo/odo. Probably closer to 450K. Several friends are in the 250-300K range. I'd have no trouble at all buying one with <400K. As long as it runs good, and has been somewhat maintained (they can take a licking and keep on ticking), it will literally go a million. The rest of the drivetrain will last 250-300K before needing gone through, on average.
