Default 1989 Ram Charger Fuel Pump

Turn ignition ehgine cranks.
No Gas is coming into engine
Replaced fuel pump (not entire sending unit)
Still no start
Checked relays
fuel pump relay and auto shut down relay
Is there another fuse for fuel pump?
No juice getting to pump (checked pump on battery that it works)
Is there a test for Terminal on Wiring Harness to see if it is getting A charge when key turned?
terminal checked ok for resistance
What else could be the cause for power not getting to fuel pump?
Problem seems to be somewhere in the sequence from turning the key to actually getting power to the sending unit?
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trace the wires. I don't know where they're routed, but it's possible that a lift or something dropped inside could have pinched off the wire.

Or you could just take an ignition source and power a new relay back to the fuel pump. Toss on a switch under the dash for an additional anti-theft kill switch. Only turn off the switch when you park it somewhere sketchy.
