Is there a leveling kit on the market for a 1985 2wd D-100 truck?

Why is it out of level? If you answer that question the solutions become simple.

If it is like my 87 the rear end sits higher than the front.
Always has since new.
My 96 does also.
Dodge built them to haul stuff.
