Ok here is the deal, I'm putting a new scc in my rig witch will help the performance alot. It was laying down and choken with the old burned out scc. What else can I do for more power?

headers, exhuast, cam. best bang for buck. edelbrock makes a nice flowing set of heads but they are pricey. a machined set of heads with the 302 casting numbers (the "heart shaped" ones) are another option. poke around for intake manifold - i think there was a police intake for this. bigger carb is a waste without opening the rest up.

440 big block.

Bolt on a aluminum intake with a 4 barrel. Some aftermarket headers with a different cam.

By scc do you mean spark control computer? If so the best thing to do first is throw it away and get a Mopar performance ignition or HEI conversion.

That would be cool, but I have spent money on new parts already. So, I will stick with the new scc.
