Default clutch

i am the proud owner of a 1993 W150. It has the 5.2, and the NV4500 manual transmission. here is my question, i cannot find the zerk to bleed the clutch. i have never seen a clutch hyrolic system that does not have a way to bleed it. is this the type that has to be replaced as a unit? I know this same transmission was used in GM pickups, is it possible to use the clutch slave cylinder from one of those trucks on my transmission? The clutch works, but it definitely has air in the line. thanks for the help.
