Default After market gauges

I was wondering, I'm sure at least a few of you have after market gauges in your trucks. I'm wanting best advice for which brand is best to use.

I've changed clusters twice (Am now using a Diesel/manual cluster with almost 500k on the odometer - In my state it's legal as long as it's over 100k miles)

In each cluster, I've had this and that working, but other guages didn't work, replace and the working guages don't work, and vice versa. Well, now the speedometer is the only one working right, now. The only exception is my water temp. In each, it seems to be "cold" even after hours of driving.

I've concluded I need a brand new cluster, but I'm going to just build my own with after market guages.

So, Here's the question:
What brand is better to use? I would like them to all match, but I want them to be as accurate as possible.
Are there other parts I would need to or want to change as well? I'm wanting to put in a new water temp sensor, as well as add oil and transmission temp guages as well, if possible. I would also like a Tacometer also. So thats:
Speedometer (with built-in or seperate odometer)
*Tachometer
Power meter (preferably with volts && amps)
Gas guage
Water temp
Oil preassure
*Oil temp (going to add a engine oil cooler later also)
*Transmission Temp

I know you're going to ask,
I have (I'm assuming :S) a 727 Auto tranny (with "O/D Off" button on the dash) I checked for the tag, but I did not see it, so yeah. I have an aftermarket transmission cooler as well, so that should provide a bit easier way to add a temp sensor.
This is all on a 318 Magnum.

Also, can anyone tell me where the water temp probe should be? It's NOT on the water pump, I just changed that about a month ago. Is there an aftermarket gauge that comes with a temp probe that will fit where the OE one is?

Thanks For the help

as for gauges, i am currently looking at some options too. but i can tell you if you have a O/D on/off switch it is not a 727 torqueflite. you most likely have a A500 or A518. I believe the water temp sensor is behind the alternator right next to the thermostat housing. I likewise have a issue with several of my gauges, the oil pressure one seems to have a mind of its own, and my water temp works very slowly.

Auto Meter is one of the best out there, so look in to them. Also pro comp has some.
