I'm working on my '84 D150 and pulled the Fuel Cell to clean out some old gas. I noticed that the Fuel Sending unit is for the smaller tanks (20 gal) and I have 30 gal tank.

Does anyone know where to get aftermarket or rebuilt sending units for the larger fuel cells?

I have a 3/4 ton with the 30 gallon tank also. Mine needs replacement too. It is still available at your dealership under part #4075474 at $121.00 for the 30g tank.
