Blower wont come on

Blower wont come on
Recently my blower motor hasnt been coming on. I have to turn the key off then to the on position a few times before it decides to come on. My question is is there a relay or something that gives a signal to the blower motor to turn on when you turn the key forward? Thanks I appreciate the help. Nick.
