"Hi yall, My 91 dodge ram 150 will stall and restart sometimes while driving." Do you mean it cuts off and comes back on by itself or are you restarting it with the key? Do you mean it bucks or does it actually cut off and if so for how long before it restarts?
Have you checked the engine codes?
How long since the last tune-up?
How does it idle?
It has a throttle body so do you have a good spray pattern from the injectors?
What I am trying to say is we could use a little more information.

It is due for a tune up... when it stalls it starts back on it's own i think it starts back because its a stick and thats what the big jerk is from. I'll put a tune up on it but please let me know if yall think it may be something else. It will be friday before i can do the tune up i'm doing the payday to payday thing these days and thank you for yall help

It could also possibly be a spark plug wire if the “stall” is a very brief and is happening under load. Of course spark plug wires are more likely to cause a misfire under load. My 1977 318 automatic was doing this pulling a big trailer on a hot day; the jerk was such that I actually thought it was shifting to second and back to third. It would quit “jerking” if I left it in 2nd gear. Of course that reduced the load and prevented the misfire.
