Default Bench to Bucket seats in 89/ Also axle identification

I want to swap out the bench seat in my 89 Ram for some buckets, has anyone done this? How would I go about mounting some out of another vehicle? Also, I need to know how to identify my axle. I need to replace the left oil seal on the front axle and am not sure if it is a 44 or 60, how do I tell the difference. Thanks!

don't know about the seats but when i bought my lift for my pickup i had to find out that very info. dana 44 on the steering side it has three bolts holding the half circle type deal on. on a dana 60 the bracket for the steering bolts over the top bolt that holds the whole hub assembly on. can't remember what anything is called today. if this doesn't make any since call anyplace that sells a lift for your pickup and they can tell you.[:@]

d44 = 1/2 and most 3/4 tons, cummins powered 3/4 and all 1 tons I believe got the 60. The 'half circle type deal' is called a steering arm (connects to the drag link connects to the pitman arm connects to the steering gear)
