You can check the output voltage, but I couldn't tell you what it's supposed to be. I think most of them have a 0-5 volt output depending on the A/F ratio.

Hey, regarding the O2 sensor, how were you able to access it. Was it through the wheel well, engine bay or from below. I am currently trying to change mine and am finding it difficult to get a wrench on it. I don't wan't to remove the exhaust manifold or anything like that. If someone has some advice for getting to the sensor or any other tips it would be appreciated. The truck is a 89 150 with a 318ci

The 02 sensor is in front on the left side of the manifold. There is a slotted socket avaliable at your friendly Autozone. Mine was about 10 bucks. Make things alot easier.

Good Luck

My 86 D150 318 gets 13 and I live in the country, about 15 miles from town. I don't get on it much. I ahve 31's in the back and 235/75 15's in the front. it does need a tune up, and the cats are cut but the smog pump is still there. it has what I think is a one bbl holley, but I"m not too sure, been getting mixed answers from friends (its ford and mostly chevy country here)... any ideas on the carb? http://www.i-star.com/users/chargeit2/dodge.htm the bottom two pics.... and anything I can do beside a tune up to improve fuel mpg?
