Default Early 90's Ram question

Hello, I am considering buying a 90-93 Ram, something with an overdrive, I believe that is the right time period for that. I'd prefer a stepside, anyway. I was wondering if there are certain things to watch out for, such as common problems, both with the 318/360 and the diesels? And any other common issues to watch out for, other than rust. Any help is greatly appreciated. My F150 gets about 21-22mpg, most likely won't get that out of a Dodge, but this EFI 302 is very very problamatic.

Do they even exist? I've never seen one.

Common problems? Rust. Cab, bed, fenders... everywhere. Check it over REAL good! Otherwise just look for normal wear stuff.

Get a 1993 if you can; they have the Magnum motors.
