Way to measure heads to see how much they were milled?

Default Way to measure heads to see how much they were milled?
Trying to figure out what length pushrods I need as my heads were milled to boost compression.

The guy said they were milled 50 or 60... but I, of course, need to be 100%.

Can I take them off and measure something to find out?
