Default 1991 Ram 318. Flooding?

My 318 TBI is acting up in the truck. Had a problem a couple weeks ago it wouldnt start. It would just turn over really fast, had plenty of just, and starter sounded fine. The weird thing is, I waited a few minutes, and tried again, this time one click and she fired right up.

Its done it a few times since also, sometimes it starts one click, other times you gotta let it turn over a few times and it'll fire, other times you gotta click it really fast and it'll turn over. Sometimes it just wont start at all LOL. Usually will start after a few minutes. Had a mechanic look it over, he thought maybe a loose ground, but couldnt find any, I dont know where to look next, any ideas? Thanks!

if turns over really fast you may want to check the compretion on all of the cylinders.
mabe you should try priming the fuel system a few times before you try to start it.

With an intermittent problem you can check connections and grounds but any other trouble shooting can only be done when the problem happens. Go to the basics when it won't start. Fuel and spark. IMHO it will be spark 9 times out of 10 with an intermittent problem.
