Question fuel line question

How big of a job is it to replace fuel lines? I was going to replace my fuel filter today and the lines around it are pretty crusty. I am kinda hesitant because I don't want to break them....any thoughts? I have a 1991 d150 with a 318.

fuel lines are very simple to do. just do not remove the original fuel lines unless the brake lines look in good shape or else you might break a brake line. you just need to run the new fuel line beside or above the old one.

you will get some gas from removing those lines but you have to remeber that fuel will also pour out of the filter
