Default no brake, turn, or hazard lights

Hello,
I have an 89 Ram that just started this problem. My headlights and taillights work, but no hazards, turn signals or brake lights. I checked all the fuses and they are fine. What is my best course of action?
Thx

Just get in there with a meter or a test light and find out where the power stops in each non working system. Hazards and turn signals get their power thru different fusible links and are separate circuits except possibly for the grounds.

I had the same problem on my 93 Dakota. And I traced it down to the fuse inside the fuse box under the hood. I think it was a 20 amp fuse that sent power to my turn signal and hazard flashers. On my truck it was a pink wire. For the life of me I couldnt find a break in the line but as my manual said it is suppose to be hot all of the time since your hazards have to work weather the key is on or not. So I just ran a wire right from the battery to the one side of that fuse and, poof, all fixed. Not exactly the correct way but it fixed the problem.
