87 W250. The buttons will run the motor on the passenger side but I get no movement. The window is still in tracks and when I had the panel off I could see the regulator move with the window. Moves easily by hand. Any ideas? Is a gear stripped out from the motor? The regulator?

 

Pull the motor and look at the gears.
